Return and Refund Policy

What you should check once the Delivery Boy arrives with your order?

  1. Items arrived vs. Items ordered
  2. Please make sure you cross-check all items that are delivered to you against the order placed, including:  
    • Order Number
    • Items under the order
    • Invoice received
    • Packaging status
    • Item is not damaged
  3. Please check that none of the item(s) is delivered unpacked or damaged

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Any items/order will be returned and replaced if:
  1. If the product is damaged on receipt.
  2. Incorrect Order is delivered
  3. Incorrect Item (s) is delivered
    • The product should be returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice.
    • Curiohh will bear the transportation costs for the return of the product.
    • No returns will be allowed for used products.
    • Please write to us on Contact Us within 24 hrs of receipt of your order to initiate the Return & Replacement.
    • We will revert back with the Return & Replacement date & time slot for the same
    • The Return can be initiated once the product is shipped the order status is “Complete”.
    • The returning product image must be uploaded upon request

Refund Policy

  • A refund could be initiated only for Damaged product received by the customer.
  • The customer will send images of the damaged product and invoice to the contact email ID within 24 hours
  • If a customer requests a refund instead of a Return & Replacement, Refund will be issued in the form of ‘Wallet Only'.
  • We will take back the Damage Product with us and refund the money in the wallet.
  • The wallet would be issued, post scrutinizing the images sent and its invoice copy within 7 Business days of the receipt of the images.
  • The value of the wallet would be equal to the exact amount paid by the Customer during the purchase of the product.
